  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, the items must be in NEW condition.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Customized Items: Customized items are crafted to your unique specifications and, therefore, are non-refundable.
