All products sold by Elegance Boots are carefully handmade and inspected before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy.
Due to the custom nature of many of our products, including made-to-measure boots and personalized orders, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or disputed on the basis of production time, sizing provided by the customer, or personal preference after manufacturing has started.
Customers are fully responsible for providing correct measurements, sizing details, shipping addresses, and contact information at the time of purchase. Elegance Boots is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, chargebacks, or payment disputes.
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim made after confirmed production, shipment, or delivery may be challenged with supporting documentation including invoices, order confirmations, tracking information, delivery confirmation, communication records, and proof of customization.
By placing an order with Elegance Boots, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms and acknowledges that handmade and custom products require reasonable production and shipping time.
Elegance Boots reserves the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, and pursue recovery of losses resulting from fraudulent disputes or abuse of payment systems.
