We always aim to complete and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Shipping Time

For local U.S. customers, once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 4 to 5 business days depending on the destination and courier service.

For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on the country, customs clearance, and local delivery services.

Important Shipping Terms

  • Delivery time estimates begin after the order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
  • Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped.
  • Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, courier issues, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of Elegance Boots.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses, contact details, and sizing/measurement information when placing an order. Elegance Boots is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Custom & Handmade Orders

Because many of our products are handmade and custom-fitted, production times may vary and are not considered grounds for chargebacks, disputes, or cancellations once production has started.
