Terms of Service

All products sold by Elegance Boots are carefully handmade and inspected before shipment to ensure quality, craftsmanship, and accuracy.

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, including made-to-measure boots, personalized orders, and special production requests, all sales are considered final once production has begun. Custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or disputed based on production time, customer-provided sizing or measurements, personal preference, or minor handmade variations that do not affect functionality or intended use.

As all boots are handmade, slight variations in finish, texture, color tone, or detailing may occur and are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted products, not manufacturing defects.

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements, sizing details, shipping addresses, billing information, and contact details at the time of purchase. Elegance Boots is not responsible for issues, delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Such delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or payment disputes.

Once an order has been shipped and tracking information has been provided, responsibility for delivery passes to the shipping carrier. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Import duties, taxes, customs fees, refused shipment charges, return shipping costs, and any local charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to customer action or failure to provide correct delivery information, Elegance Boots reserves the right to deduct shipping fees, return fees, customs charges, and administrative costs from any eligible refund.

Any unauthorized chargeback, payment dispute, or fraudulent claim made after confirmed production, shipment, or delivery may be formally challenged using supporting documentation including invoices, order confirmations, tracking records, proof of delivery, communication history, and proof of customization.

By placing an order with Elegance Boots, the customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms of Service and acknowledges that handmade and custom products require reasonable production and shipping time.

Elegance Boots reserves the right to refuse service, cancel suspicious orders, and pursue recovery of losses, legal fees, and damages resulting from fraudulent disputes, abusive chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems.
